You sir, got ripped the hell off.
5 dollars for two? Where do you live? I live in Milwaukee (might not be fair, considering) and I can buy a four pack for 2.99.
I buy twelve and I'm good for the night, and I don't go broke.
Thank you, cheap ass beer!

Okay, so I was bored one day and I figured I'd try to find the best bang for my beer buck, the goal being the best buzz for the buck. I had around $5. So I walk into this beer store and I see this stuff selling for 2 for $5. They had Steel Reserve and Hurricane and they both had alcohol over 8%. So I got a four pack of each - 16 ouncers.

When I got home I did a search on these high gravity beers and was surprised to find out that everyone seems to like the Hurricane and hate the Steel Reserve. So I tried a Hurricane and it wasn't too bad. I haven't had the guts to open a Steel Reserve yet, though. Every online review tells me it's swill. So maybe I'll give it away as a gift.

Or, is this some Annheiser-Busch conspiracy. I know they're big and they probably have the means to pay off any number of beer bloggers.

Well if it is a conspiracy, well done. I'm gonna give the Steel Reserve away.

I must agree with you on this! I used to be a Bud Light drinker, but with my wallet getting thinner I had to resort to less expensive brews. My dad turned me onto High Gravity 211, but It just wasnt to my taste. I tried Hurricane High Gravity and WAS HOOKED! Its all I drink now! Flavorful and doesnt break my bank! KUDOS to AB for concocting this alcohol imbued nectar of the Gods! LOL! :D
